PROGRESSIVE GULF INSURANCE COMPANY, Plaintiff - Appellee, v. William BURKE, Defendant - Appellant.
William Burke appeals the district court's order granting summary judgment to the Appellee. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error.* Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. See Progressive Gulf Ins. Co. v. Burke, No. 7:18-cv-00293-EKD, 2019 WL 2076403 (W.D. Va. May 10, 2019). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED

PER CURIAM:
Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion. Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.
