Jean BERNIER, Petitioner - Appellant, v. Warden HOLLAND; Butner Federal Medical Center, Respondents - Appellees.
Decided: July 02, 2019
Before RICHARDSON and QUATTLEBAUM, Circuit Judges, and HAMILTON, Senior Circuit Judge.
Jean Bernier, Appellant Pro Se. Genna Danelle Petre, Special Assistant United States Attorney, OFFICE OF THE UNITED STATES ATTORNEY, Raleigh, North Carolina, for Appellee.
Jean Bernier, a federal prisoner, appeals the district court's order accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge and denying relief on his 28 U.S.C. § 2241 (2012) petition. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, although we grant leave to proceed in forma pauperis, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Bernier v. Holland, No. 5:17-hc-02205-D, 2019 WL 982852 (E.D.N.C. Feb. 28, 2019). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion.
Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.
