Wayne LEWIS, Plaintiff-Appellant, v. J.D. WINFREE, Sergeant; S L. Cook, Captain; James C. Willett, Colonel, Defendants-Appellees.
Decided: June 17, 2019
Before WYNN and HARRIS, Circuit Judges, and HAMILTON, Senior Circuit Judge.
Wayne L. Lewis, Appellant Pro Se. Charles Walker Terry, MCCANDLISH HOLTON, PC, Richmond, Virginia, for Appellees.
Wayne L. Lewis appeals the district court's order granting Defendants’ motion for summary judgment on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2012) complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Lewis v. Winfree, No. 3:17-cv-00069-HEH-RCY, 2018 WL 5848978 (E.D. Va. Nov. 8, 2018). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion.
Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.
