JOHNSON v. Kenyetta McKnight; Mark Turner; Department of Veterans Affairs, Defendants. (2018)

Regina Denise Johnson appeals the district court's order accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge and granting Defendants’ motions to dismiss Johnson's complaint.^* We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Johnson v. Mitchell, No. 3:17-cv-00895-MGL, 2017 WL 5191842 (D.S.C. filed Nov. 8, 2017 & entered Nov. 9, 2017). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
