Kathleen CARVALHO-KNIGHTON, Plaintiff-Appellant, v. UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH FLORIDA BOARD OF TRUSTEES, University of South Florida, Defendants-Appellees.
After review of the entire record, and with the benefit of oral argument, we affirm the grant of summary judgment in favor of the University of South Florida Board of Trustees and the denial of Ms. Carvalho-Knighton’s motion for partial summary judgment for the reasons provided by the district court in its thorough and well-reasoned order. See D.E. 208. We reverse and remand for the district court to correct the award of costs for the deposition of Kenneth Lewis from $699.95 to $666.95, as reflected in defense counsel’s invoice. See D.E. 210-1 at 6. We affirm in all other respects.
AFFIRMED IN PART, REVERSED IN PART, AND REMANDED.
