ORDER
1. Pursuant to Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(b)(2), the Court requests briefs on the merits in this proceeding as follows: Relator's brief is due by Monday, October 28, 2024, real parties in interest's brief is due by Monday, November 4, 2024, and relator's reply brief, if any, is due by Friday, November 8, 2024. Please refer to Tex. R. App. P. 55 for the requirements of the briefs.
2. The Court's October 17, 2024 order in this proceeding does not address or govern the manner or method of compliance with relator's subpoena.
3. The petition for writ of injunction and motion for reconsideration and to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction remain under consideration by the Court.
