The Honorable Natalia “Nata” Cornelio, Judge of the 351st Criminal District Court, Harris County, Texas, has requested appointment of a special court of review to hear the above-referenced matter pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 33.034 (copy enclosed). Having selected you by lot as instructed by section 33.034(c), I hereby appoint you as the special court of review to hear and determine the above-referenced matter.
