JUDGMENT

In accordance with this court's opinion of this date, we REVERSE the trial court's June 23, 2022 Order on Defendant's Plea to the Jurisdiction as to appellee Patricia Y. Mayers's sex, age, and national origin discrimination and retaliation claims under the Texas Labor Code and RENDER judgment dismissing those claims. We also REVERSE the trial court's June 23, 2022 Order on Defendant's Plea to the Jurisdiction as to appellee's claims of national origin discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and age discrimination under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 and RENDER judgment dismissing those claims. We AFFIRM the trial court's denial of appellant United Independent School District's plea to the jurisdiction as to appellee's claims for sex discrimination and retaliation under Title VII.

We order the costs of this appeal paid by the party that incurred them.
