IN RE: Jack Benjamin Strong
ORDER
Relator Jack Benjamin Strong filed a petition for writ of mandamus, an emergency motion to seal, and an emergency motion for temporary relief from the district court's letter ruling requiring Strong to produce certain alleged recordings by May 18, 2018. We grant the emergency motion for temporary relief and temporarily (1) stay that portion of the letter ruling requiring production of any alleged recordings; (2) stay any subsequent orders entered by the trial court in accordance with that portion of the letter ruling; and (3) order that Strong not be required to produce any alleged recordings, pending further order of this Court. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.10(b).
Further, we request that real party in interest file a response to the motion to seal no later than May 22, 2018, and a response to the mandamus petition no later than June 18, 2018.
It is so ordered May 17, 2018.
