Janice Marie Hammonds, Appellant v. Richard Wade Weston, Appellee
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Appellant's filing fee was originally due on November 30, 2017. On February 26, 2018, this Court sent a notice to appellant informing her that her fee was overdue and appellant had neither established her inability to pay court costs nor paid the fee to prosecute this appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 5; id. R. 20.1. We further advised her that a failure to pay the fee on or before March 8, 2018, would result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has not paid the fee or otherwise responded to the notice. Accordingly, we dismiss this appeal for want of prosecution. See id. R. 42.3(b), (c).
Dismissed for Want of Prosecution
