IN RE: Linda Pool
ORDER
Relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus and has now filed an unopposed motion to stay. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.1, 52.10(a). We grant the motion and temporarily stay all proceedings in the underlying case, including the filing of briefs in the trial court, pending further order of this Court. See id. R. 52.10(b). The Court previously requested that the real party in interest file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus by May 31, 2018. The real party in interest may respond sooner, if it so desires.
It is so ordered May 3, 2018.
