MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before the Court are relator's October 31, 2017 petition for writ of mandamus and relator's April 2, 2018 “Agreed, Unopposed Motion to Dismiss Appeal.” We grant the motion, dismiss this original proceeding, and order the parties to bear their own costs, if any, of this original proceeding.
