RAKIYA ENGO DIALLO AKA RAKIYA ENGO AKWA AKA RAKIYA E AKWA-LASTER, Appellant v. CITY OF GARLAND AND GARLAND INDEPENDANT SCHOOL DISTRICT, Appellees
MEMORANDUM OPINION
On December 19, 2017, after determining appellant's brief failed to comply with the requirements of Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 38.1, we directed appellant to file a corrected brief. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.1, 38.9. We cautioned appellant at the time that failure to comply by December 29, 2017 could result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. See id. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b),(c). At appellant's request, we subsequently extended the deadline to January 29, 2018 and then to February 28, 2018. Despite the extensions, the brief has not been filed. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. See id. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b),(c).
