IN RE: TODD WARREN ALTSCHUL, Relator
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relator, Todd Warren Altschul, incarcerated and proceeding pro se, has filed a petition and a supplemental petition for a writ of mandamus.1 Relator seeks issuance of a writ to compel respondent, the Honorable Ben Hardin, to act on realtor's motion to recuse respondent from hearing relator's application for a court of inquiry proceeding. Relator, representing that Judge Hardin recused himself and the assigned judge signed an order denying relator's application for a court of inquiry proceeding, has filed a motion to voluntarily dismiss the petition as moot.
We grant relator's motion and dismiss the petition as moot.
FOOTNOTES
