IN RE: DATRIL BOSTON, Relator
MEMORANDUM OPINION
In this mandamus proceeding, relator contends that the trial court lacked subject-matter jurisdiction, the proceedings are moot, the real party in interest did not have pleadings on file, and the lease agreement between relator and the real party in interest is null and void.1
We deny the petition for writ of mandamus. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
