MEMORANDUM OPINION

After receiving notice of bankruptcy, this Court issued an order abating the appeal. Through the Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) system, this Court learned that the bankruptcy case appeared to be closed. We issued an order advising the parties that the appeal would be dismissed unless the parties filed a response within 10 days showing good cause to retain the appeal on the docket. No response was received.

Accordingly, we reinstate the appeal on the active docket and dismiss the appeal. Any pending motions are dismissed as moot.
