IN RE: D.D.G.
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relator's petition for writ of mandamus 1 is denied. The trial court was not required to comply with Relator's request to file findings of fact and conclusions of law because Relator's request was not made within twenty days after the trial court's order was signed on December 16, 2016. See TEX. R. CIV. P. 296; Williams v. Kaufman, 275 S.W.3d 637, 642 (Tex. App.—Beaumont 2009, no pet.).
Petition denied
FOOTNOTES
1. The petition has several procedural deficiencies. For instance, it lacks an appendix and a record. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.3(k), 52.7. However, to expedite this matter, we invoke Rule of Appellate Procedure 2 and suspend these requirements. See TEX. R. APP. P. 2.
