MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before the Court is appellant's September 7, 2017 motion for nonsuit. Appellant states in her motion that she “does not desire to prosecute this matter further against defendant.” We construe appellant's motion as a motion to dismiss the appeal. We grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1).
