IN RE: KIMBERLY MICHELLE DUBOIS
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Kimberly Michelle Dubois filed a petition for a writ of mandamus and a motion for temporary relief. After reviewing the petition and the appendix, we conclude that Dubois failed to establish that the trial court clearly abused its discretion by failing to dismiss the counterpetition and by entering temporary orders. See generally Tex. Fam. Code Ann. § 160.624(b) (West 2014). The petition and motion for temporary relief are denied.
PETITION DENIED.
