MEMORANDUM OPINION
This is an appeal from a final decree of divorce. Appellant's brief on the merits was due July 21, 2017. On July 24, 2017, after appellant had failed to file her brief, we directed her to file the brief, along with an extension motion complying with the rules of appellate procedure, no later than August 4, 2017. We cautioned appellant that failure to comply would result in the appeal being dismissed. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8(a)(1). To date, appellant has not filed the brief or otherwise communicated with the Court. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. See id., 42.3(b),(c).
