DELIZA MENDOZA, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee.
ORDER
This cause is before the Court on appellant's motion for reconsideration and request for extension of time to file appellant's motion for reconsideration. On August 3, 2017, this Court previously issued a memorandum opinion dismissing Cause Numbers 13-17-00330-CR and 13-17-00331-CR. The Court, having fully examined and considered appellant's motion for rehearing is of the opinion that, in the interest of justice, appellant's motion for reconsideration and request for extension of time to file appellant's motion for reconsideration should be granted. Accordingly, we withdraw our previous opinion and judgment. Said causes remain pending before the Court.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
PER CURIAM
