FARAH NAZ, Appellant v. HEAVEN SENT FLOOR CARE, Appellee
MEMORANDUM OPINION
On June 16, 2017, the Court received from the Collin County District Clerk a copy of appellant's June 16, 2017, “Requests to Disregard the Appeal for a Re-trial Filed by the Defendant Farah Naz on June 7, 2017.” By letter dated June 19, 2017, we informed appellant if we did not receive written notification within ten days of the date of the letter, we would construe the request as a motion to dismiss. To date, appellant has not filed a document, or otherwise corresponded with the Court regarding the status of this appeal. Accordingly, we grant appellant's motion and dismiss the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1).
