MEMORANDUM OPINION
On January 24, 2017, the trial court signed a judgment terminating parental rights. Notice of appeal was due to be filed on February 13, 2017. See Tex. R. App. P. 26.1(b). A notice of appeal was filed on April 24, 2017, more than twenty days from the date of the judgment and outside the time within which we may grant an extension of time to perfect appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 26.3. This Court lacks jurisdiction over this appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.
