Relator filed this petition for writ of mandamus on March 7, 2017. On April 4, 2017, Relator filed a motion to dismiss this mandamus proceeding “without prejudice to Relator's right to refile same.” Accordingly, this original mandamus proceeding is dismissed without prejudice.
