IN RE: Kevin Doty and Elizabeth DOTY
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Original Mandamus Proceeding 1
On January 19, 2017, Relators filed a petition for writ of mandamus and an emergency motion for temporary relief. This court granted a stay and requested a response. The real party in interest filed a response and Relator filed a reply. The court has considered the petition for writ of mandamus, response, and reply and is of the opinion that Relators are not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is denied. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
