IN RE: VIRGIN HOMES (2017)

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Virgin Homes, Inc. filed a petition for a writ of mandamus, in which the relator asked this Court to compel the trial court to vacate its February 28, 2017 order compelling the relator to answer discovery requests. The trial court subsequently amended its order to relieve the relator of its obligation to answer the discovery requests. Without reference to the merits and without prejudice, we dismiss the mandamus proceeding as moot.

PETITION DISMISSED.
