MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator, David Patrick Daniel, has filed a petition for a writ of mandamus, challenging an order for interim attorney's fees and expenses under section 105.001 of the Texas Family Code.¹

We deny the petition and dismiss all pending motions as moot.
