IN RE: DAVID PATRICK DANIEL, Relator
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relator, David Patrick Daniel, has filed a petition for a writ of mandamus, challenging an order for interim attorney's fees and expenses under section 105.001 of the Texas Family Code.1
We deny the petition and dismiss all pending motions as moot.
