IN RE: JASON A. ROMAN, Relator
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Jason A Roman seeks a writ of mandamus to compel the trial court to enter findings in the judgments of conviction in these two causes that he is entitled to diligent participation credit pursuant to article 42.12, section 15(h) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. See TEX. CODE CRIM. PROC. art. 42.12, § 15(h).1
We deny Roman's petition.
