MEMORANDUM OPINION
The parties filed a joint motion to dismiss this interlocutory appeal of the trial court's order denying Appellants' motion to compel arbitration. The motion to dismiss states the parties have agreed to binding arbitration, and the trial court signed the parties' agreed order referring the case to arbitration. The parties' joint motion to dismiss this appeal is granted; this appeal is dismissed. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(2), 43.2(f); Caballero v. Heart of Tex. Pizza, L.L.C., 70 S.W.3d 180, 181 (Tex. 2001) (per curiam).
