MEMORANDUM OPINION
Appellant has filed a motion to dismiss this appeal. The motion states that “counsel have conferred and there is no opposition to dismissal of this appeal.” Therefore, we grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a). No costs of appeal are taxed against appellant as he qualifies as indigent. See TEX. R. APP. P. 20.1.
