MEMORANDUM OPINION

The filing fee, docketing statement, and clerk's record in this case are past due. By letter dated December 2, 2016, we notified appellant that the Dallas County District Clerk informed the Court that the clerk's record had not been filed because appellant has not paid or made arrangements to pay for the clerk's record. We directed appellant to provide verification of payment or arrangements to pay for the clerk's record or to provide written documentation he had been found entitled to proceed without payment of costs. We cautioned appellant that if the Court did not receive the required documentation within ten days, the Court would dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution without further notice. To date, the filing fee, docketing statement, and the clerk's record have not been filed, we have not received the requested verification or documentation from appellant, nor has appellant otherwise corresponded with the Court regarding the status of this appeal.

Accordingly, we dismiss this appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(b); 42.3(b), (c).
