MEMORANDUM OPINION

Opinion by Justice Lang

Before the Court is appellant's March 13, 2017 motion to dismiss this appeal. In the motion, appellant states she is appealing the associate judge's ruling to the referring court pursuant to section 201.015 of the Texas Family Code and that the district clerk erroneously filed the notice of appeal in this Court. We grant appellant's motion and dismiss this appeal.
