IN RE: THE MARRIAGE OF JEFF SEELY AND JACQUALIN SEELY
MEMORANDUM OPINION
This is an appeal from a judgment signed April 12, 2016. On November 9, 2016, appellant notified the court that she was not requesting a copy of the reporter's record. The clerk's record was filed November 21, 2016. No brief was filed.
On January 19, 2017, this court issued an order stating that unless appellant submitted a brief on or before February, 20, 2017, the court would dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(b).
Appellant filed no response and has not filed a brief. Accordingly, the appeal is ordered dismissed.
