IN RE: KEDAREON LOTT, Relator
MEMORANDUM OPINION
On Monday, March 06, 2017, relator Kedareon Lott filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this Court. See Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.221 (West 2004); see also Tex. R. App. P. 52. In the petition, relator complains of a purported order of the 179th District Court of Harris County regarding appellant's “Application for Writ of Habeas Corpus and Motion for Reasonable Bond.”
To be entitled to mandamus relief, a relator is required to file, among other things, “a certified or sworn copy of any order complained of, or any other document showing the matter complained of.” Tex. R. App. P. 52.3(k)(1)(A). Relator has not provided the required documentation.
Accordingly, we deny relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
