ELIAS GAITAN A/K/A ELIAS GAITAN JR, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee.
ORDER
This Court issued its memorandum opinion and judgment on November 10, 2016 affirming appellant's convictions for continuous sexual abuse of a child, aggravated sexual assault of a child, and two counts of indecency with a child. Gaitan v. State, No. 13-14-00661-CR, 2016 WL 6804457, at **1–9 (Tex. App.—Corpus Christi Nov. 10, 2016, no pet.); see TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. §§ 21.02, 21.11(a)(1), 22.021(a)(1) (West, Westlaw through 2015 R.S.). The opinion bore the notation “do not publish” pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 47.2(b). See TEX. R. APP. P. 47.2(b). On February 16, 2017, appellant filed a motion to publish this opinion. After due consideration of the important legal issues addressed in the opinion, we grant the request. We order the Court's opinion in this cause to be published. See id.; see also id. R. 19.3(e).
