MEMORANDUM OPINION
This is an appeal brought by the father in a parental termination case. Appellee, Department of Family and Protective Services, has filed an unopposed motion for this Court to render judgment effectuating the parties' agreement. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(2)(A). The motion is granted.
In accordance with the parties' agreement, we reverse paragraph 13 of the judgment below and remand the cause for a new trial on the Department's claims for parental termination against the father-appellant L.M. See id. The Clerk of this Court is directed to issue the mandate immediately. See TEX. R. APP. P. 18.1 (c). We dismiss any other pending motions as moot.
