IN RE: The State of Texas, ex. rel. Jennifer A. Tharp
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relator The State of Texas, through Jennifer A. Tharp, the Criminal District Attorney of Comal County, filed its petition for writ of mandamus and motion for temporary relief, asking the Court to direct the trial court to vacate its November 18, 2016 order. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.1, 52.10. We granted the motion for temporary relief and stayed all proceedings. Having reviewed the petition, the record, and the responses, we deny the petition for writ of mandamus and lift the stay of the underlying proceedings. See id. R. 52.8(a), R. 52.10(b).
Cindy Olson Bourland, Justice
