MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before the Court is appellant's January 10, 2017 “Notice of Settlement and Dismissal of Appeal.” Stating the parties have “reached a settlement,” appellant moves to dismiss this appeal. Appellant further represents that the parties have agreed that “each shall bear their own attorneys' fees and costs.”

Appellant's motion is GRANTED, and this appeal is DISMISSED. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1).
