MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before the Court is appellant's January 9, 2017 motion to dismiss the appeal with prejudice. In the motion, appellant states that the parties have entered into a compromise and settlement of all matters in controversy. Accordingly, we grant appellant's motion and dismiss the appeal with prejudice. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1).
