MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator, 2800 Polk Avenue Homeowners Association, Inc., has filed a petition for writ of mandamus, challenging the trial court's December 14, 2015 order disqualifying Daniel Ryan and its August 9, 2016 order disqualifying McKenzie Rhody.^*

We deny the petition for writ of mandamus.
