MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relators Intermarine, LLC, Industrial Maritime Carriers, LLC, Industrial Maritime Carriers (Bermuda), Ltd., and James Destefano have filed a petition for writ of mandamus challenging the trial court's denial of their request for permission to appeal an interlocutory order denying their motion for summary judgment.1 See TEX. CIV. PRAC. & REM. CODE § 51.014(d). We deny the petition. Any pending motions are dismissed as moot.
