IN RE: JENNIFER BRADEN, Relator
MEMORANDUM OPINION
On November 22, 2016, relator Jennifer Braden filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this Court. See Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.221 (West 2004); see also Tex. R. App. P. 52. In the petition, relator asks this Court to compel the Honorable Ronald Pope, presiding judge of the 328th District Court of Fort Bend County, to (1) vacate his October 10, 2016 oral ruling and October19, 2016 order denying her motion to transfer venue, and grant her motion to transfer venue; and (2) vacate all temporary orders and writs of attachments entered since June 2016.
Relator has not established that she is entitled to mandamus relief. Accordingly, we deny relator's petition for writ of mandamus. We also deny relator's emergency motion to stay and motion to recall or, in the alternative, amend capias.
