IN RE: RUCKER LAW FIRM, PLLC AND HAMILTON G. RUCKER, Relators
MEMORANDUM OPINION 1
In this dispute over fees, relators, the Rucker Law Firm, PLLC and Hamilton G. Rucker, seek mandamus relief from the trial court's orders that precluded them from obtaining discovery.
We deny mandamus relief. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a); State ex rel. Curry v. Walker, 873 S.W.2d 379, 380 (Tex. 1994) (orig. proceeding). We withdraw our stay order that issued March 29, 2016.
