MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before the Court are appellant's motion to extend time to file a supplemental clerk's record and motion to dismiss the appeal. We vacate our order to supplement the clerk's record and deny appellant's motion to extend time as moot. In her unopposed motion to dismiss the appeal, appellant has informed the Court that the parties have settled the dispute between them. Accordingly, we grant appellant's motion and dismiss the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1).

JUDGMENT

In accordance with this Court's opinion of this date, the appeal is DISMISSED.

It is ORDERED that appellee Jacob Tyler Bennett recover his costs of this appeal from appellant Amaliya Rose Bennett.
