IN RE: ARTURO SOLIS RELATOR
MEMORANDUM OPINION 1
The court has considered Relator Arturo Solis's petition for writ of mandamus. To the extent Solis's petition for writ of mandamus can be construed as seeking a writ of mandamus against the Wichita County District Clerk, we dismiss for want of jurisdiction Solis's petition for writ of mandamus.
To the extent Solis's petition for writ of mandamus can be construed as seeking a writ of mandamus against the Twelfth Court of Appeals, we dismiss for want of jurisdiction Solis's petition for writ of mandamus.
To the extent Solis's petition for writ of mandamus can be construed as seeking a writ of mandamus against Judge Bert Richardson, we deny Solis's petition for writ of mandamus.
To the extent Solis's petition for writ of mandamus can be construed as seeking a writ of mandamus against the judges of the 30th District Court, the 78th District Court, and the 89th District Court of Wichita County, we deny Solis's petition for writ of mandamus.
And to the extent that Solis's petition for writ of mandamus seeks declaratory judgments from this court, we deny Solis's petition for writ of mandamus.
