MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before the Court is appellants' and appellees' November 1, 2016 “Agreed Motion to Dismiss Appeal” informing the Court that they have reached an agreement rendering this appeal moot. The motion states the trial court signed an agreed order on October 12, 2016 dissolving the temporary injunction at issue in its entirety. Accordingly, we grant the parties' motion and dismiss the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a).
