IN RE: THE MARRIAGE OF KAREN MICHELLE SHERROD AND CHARLES D. ROBINSON
MEMORANDUM OPINION
This is an appeal from a default judgment signed March 4, 2016. On November 17, 2016, the parties filed a joint motion stating that they have reached an agreement in which the default judgment will be withdrawn and the matter retried in full. They ask this court to remand the cause to the district court. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(2)(B). The motion is granted. Accordingly, we order the judgment of the trial court vacated and set aside without regard to the merits and we remand this case for further proceedings in accordance with the parties' agreement.
PER CURIAM
