MEMORANDUM OPINION 1

The court has considered relator Knadyia Washington's petition for writ of mandamus and the response filed by real party in interest Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth. The court is of the opinion that relator's requested relief should be denied. Accordingly, we deny relator's petition for writ of mandamus, and we lift our September 15, 2016 stay of the trial court's September 1, 2016 “Order Granting Defendant Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital's Motion to Overrule Objections and Compel Discovery Responses from Plaintiff.”
