Hershall Joseph Shelley, Appellant v. Colorado Board of Governors, et al., In its Capacity as the Entity Charged with the General Control and Supervision of Colorado State University, et al., Appellees
CONCURRING OPINION
The Memorandum Opinion of this court affirms the trial court's order dismissing the claims of Appellant, Hershall Joseph Shelley, for want of personal jurisdiction over the Board of Governors of Colorado State University signed September 8, 2015.1 I concur with the majority opinion of this court to the extent that it affirms the dismissal based on the inadequacy of Appellant's pleadings. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.1(i). To the extent that the majority opinion goes further in explaining why dismissal would otherwise be appropriate, I concur in the result only.
FOOTNOTES
1. Appellant does not appeal the order dismissing all claims against Dell, Inc. signed December 18, 2014.
