MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators, Montrose Business Interests, LLC d/b/a Bayou City Bar & Grill and McCathern, PLLC, have filed a petition for writ of mandamus, seeking an order compelling the trial court to (1) vacate a protective order and (2) order an expert to appear at trial.¹

We deny the petition for writ of mandamus. See Tex.R.App. P. 52.8(a).
